Husband and wife team Adam and Ros blend warm service and an intimate atmosphere with exquisite food. Inspirational cuisine without the attitude. Menus change seasonally and there is a daily blackboard menu. It is a 40 seat, small, intimate restaurant and the aim of Adam and Ros is to look after each customer with the highest level of service and to serve food of the highest quality they can make.
Adam does weekly visits to the Sydney Vegetable Market and brings home boxes of fresh ingredients.
While Adam is influenced by English chefs Gordon Ramsay, Marco Pierre White and the Roux brothers,
Ros is influenced by Serge Dansereau of Bathers Pavilion and the flavours of Maggie Beer.
