Our tariff includes:
Luxury cottage accommodation, each with their own private contemporary bathrooms, luxury linen, fluffy quality bath towels, L'Occitane bathroom products. Also included are generous breakfast provisions with Lovedale Smokehouse bacon, free range eggs (from the happiest chickens in the Hunter Valley), mushrooms, tomatoes, juice, milk, selection of gourmet muesli, cereal, toasting bread, plunger coffee and speciality teas.

Bookings can be made via credit card online via the secure online system.
Your booking is secured with a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation price.
Final payment is due 48 hours prior to stay.

CANCELLATIONS
We are a small boutique family run business and cancellations can affect us greatly.
If you need to cancel your booking, your deposit is refundable, less a $25 administration fee,
provided we are advised in writing of the cancellation more than 14 days prior to your arrival.
If cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit is only refundable
if we are able to re-book your retreat, less a $25 booking fee.
This also applies to bookings where the date of your stay is deferred to a later time.
Bookings are fully refundable 28 days prior to stay with no administration charge.
In the event of a necessary date change or cancellation, all reasonable steps will be taken
to rebook the cottage at the same rate as your booking.
By booking Blackwattle Luxury Retreats, this means you accept our cancellation policy.
The credit card details provided when booking will be held as guarantee of your booking
and will be debited as per this cancellation / change of date policy.
CONDITIONS OF STAY
No bond is payable, however guests are responsible for costs due
to excess cleaning, damage or breakages.
For privacy purposes, only paying guests may be on the property at any time unless permission
is sought from the owners.
Left items are the responsibility of guests.
The Retreats are adult only - for ages over 16.
Small non-walking babies are welcome at no charge.
Cot, highchair and safety gate are available for hire.
For any other requests regarding children, please contact us.
We are able to accept a small well trained dog only in the 2 bedroom retreat - conditions apply.
