The Lower Hunter Wine Country can be divided into five areas; the Wollombi Valley area to the south west, the Mount View area north of this, the Broke/Fordwich to the west, the Pokolbin area in the north west, and the Lovedale and Rothbury area to the north east. All of these 5 areas are known as Hunter Valley Wine Country and are close to many cellar doors, vineyards, restaurants and galleries. The closest town is Cessnock.

From the F3 exit to Cessnock , follow Route 82 right through to Hunter Wine Country
To reach Blackwattle and Wine Country, follow the Branxton signs through Cessnock (again this will be route 82 through Cessnock)
Turn right just before the Crowne Plaza at Lovedale Road.
Follow Lovedale Road for about 7 minutes.
Turn left into Camp Road and then immediately left again into Talga Road.
We are one and a half kilometres along the road on your left.
