Looking for a wine tour with a difference? Our tours are a unique and fun way to sample the Hunter Valley's fantastic wineries, first class restaurants and breath taking scenery enjoying your complimentary glass of champagne. We are completely flexible and have no set intineries. We prefer to tailor each tour to suit your tastes giving you the opportunity to have as little or as much input into your tour as you wish. We specialise in visiting the smaller boutique wineries where your tasting is often given by the owners and winemakers themselves.

A visit to the Chocolate Company or perhaps some cheese or olive tasting can all be included if you wish. Our tours are private and booked exclusively for you, therefore, you will not be asked to share your tour with other guests. We can cater for smaller group tours and have a maximum seating capacity of 13 passengers when using both cars for a tour. We pick up and return from your accommodation within the wineries region.

Hunter Valley Wine Country Guided Boutique Winery Tour Operator. Ian specialises in visiting boutique cellar doors and visits 5 cellar doors throughout the day, selected for their premium wines and friendly service . Our lunch stop is at local cafe or restaurant (at your cost) and you choose from the menu. We visit the famous Hunter Valley Smelly Cheese Shop also the home of gelato, chocolate and fudge. It is not a shuttle service and you stay on your bus with an experienced guide all day. We visit 3 cellar doors in the 1st half of the day followed by lunch at approximately 1.30pm. After lunch we visit 2 more boutique cellar doors followed by a visit to the Smelly Cheese Shop.

Slattery Helicopter Wine Tours
Many options available including this Wine Tasting and Lunch Charter. Includes helicopter pick up from your accommodation, transfer to one of the best wineries in the Hunter Valley for a wine tasting experience, a transfer to a Hunter Valley restaurant of your choice for an incredible lunch and return to your accommodation. This package costs $600 for 3 passengers. Lunch and wine not included. Helicopter scenic flights are also available from $60 per person.

We have all Government Accreditiations, Licences and Insurances. Our new air conditioned bus has lay back seats, stereo cd's etc. We offer free pick up (around 10 a.m.) from local accommodation and return (around 4 30 p.m.) Most days, and offer discounts for group bookings. We visit five quality boutique style cellar doors, stop for lunch at a local gourmet cafe ( meals not included in prices). After lunch we visit more wineries for private tastings then last stop is the chees/chocolate shop at Pokolbin Village.

Wine tasting should be fun and educational, we will do our best to ensure you have a great day out. We certainly look forward to welcoming you for Private Charter or our General tour.We cater form two to thirteen passengers at very good rates.
